Smoked Maple Oolong - Organic

Our Smoked Maple Oolong is a bold and smooth blend of dark oolong and maple. While the oolong is full-bodied and lightly smoked, the maple is light, aromatic and sweet.

Oolong teas are semi-fermented, meaning they are partially oxidized and, for simplicity, can be considered somewhere between a black and green tea. Black teas are fully oxidized while green teas are barely oxidized and it is this process that contributes to the taste and properties of the tea.
