Pickling Spice

Pickling Spice is a useful ingredient for many dishes and creates satisfying flavors for briny pickled items.

Ingredients: coriander, allspice, bay leaf, cloves, peppercorn, chili, mustard seed, dill seed, fennel seed

Uses: Add to brine for pickling cucumbers or other vegetables. Create unexpected pickled items, such as pig's feet, eggs and watermelon rinds. Add to hearty broths for soups and stews, or to braising jus for prepared meats.
